Terms of service

The service

LiveWeights is a beta service for trying AI models published by third parties. Models can be slow, unavailable or produce wrong, biased or unexpected results. Demos are provided “as is”, for evaluation, without any warranty.

Your account

You need an account to run models. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account: creating accounts to collect extra free credits isn't allowed.

Acceptable use

Don't use LiveWeights to:

• upload content you don't have the rights to, or personal data of others without a legal basis;
• clone or imitate someone's voice without their explicit consent, or impersonate anyone;
• create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, or content meant to deceive (for example fake evidence or fraud);
• attack, overload or automate the service beyond normal use, or try to bypass limits.

Prompts, uploaded images and results are checked automatically, and blocked requests are not charged. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content lead to automatic suspension; any attempt involving minors leads to immediate suspension and may be reported to the authorities. Every result has a Report button: our team reviews reports and removes content that breaks these rules. You can also write to meta7zone@gmail.com.

Model licenses

Each model has its own license, shown on its page. Some licenses don't allow commercial use of the outputs: check before using results commercially. Scientific and medical models are for research only and are not professional advice.

Credits and payments

Credits are used to run models: 1,000 credits correspond to US$1 of usage. Each run is charged for the GPU time it actually used, at the rates shown on each model; when a GPU has to be started for your request, the start-up time is charged at our cost. Before a run we reserve an estimated maximum and return any unused part as soon as the run ends. Failed runs are not charged. Credits don't expire and have no cash value. Paid credits are non-refundable once used; contact us for unused purchases. Prices may change for future runs.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and to your results, as far as the model's license allows. Files are deleted after 24 hours; download what you want to keep. See the privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LiveWeights is not liable for indirect damages or for how you use model outputs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
