Privacy policy

LiveWeights lets you try AI models in your browser. This page explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: meta7zone@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account ID and name. If you use a password we store only a salted hash of it, never the password itself.
• Usage data: which models you run, when, the credits used and the status of each run, so we can show your history, apply free tries and refund failed runs.
• Content you submit: text, images or audio you upload to a demo, and the results the model produces.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, used for security and abuse prevention (rate limits).

How we use it

• To run the demos you request and show you the results.
• To manage your account, credits, free tries and purchases.
• To send you confirmation and password-reset codes by email, and model updates only if you ask for them.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We don't sell your data and we don't use your uploads to train models.

Who processes it

• Google Cloud (EU, europe-west1): hosting, database and file storage. Prompts, uploaded images and generated results are also checked automatically with Google Cloud's content-safety services (Natural Language moderation and Vision SafeSearch, EU endpoint) to block illegal or harmful content.
• RunPod: GPU servers that run the open-source models; your inputs are sent there only to produce your result. Most models run in the EU (Romania and the Netherlands). Hi3D 1.0 runs in the United States (Washington state), because the GPUs it needs are not available in the EU: the photo and mesh you upload to Hi3D are transferred there only to produce your result and are not kept by the GPU server afterwards.
• Moonshot AI and MiniMax: when you use Kimi K3.1 Pro or MiniMax M3.1 Flash, your messages (and the earlier messages of the same conversation) are sent to their official APIs to generate the reply, under their own terms. Don't share personal or confidential information in these chats.
• Model providers (for models marked “Via API”): your prompt is sent to that provider's official API.
• Google: “Continue with Google” sign-in, and Gmail to deliver our emails.
• Stripe: payment processing, when credit purchases are enabled. We never see your card details.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded files and generated results are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• Prompts and text results in your run history are deleted after 30 days.
• Account data (email, balance, credit history) is kept while your account exists.
• When content is blocked or reported, we keep a security record (the reason, the model, a short excerpt of the prompt, the date) for 90 days to prevent abuse. Where the law requires it, for example for child sexual abuse material, we may keep evidence longer and report it to the authorities.
• Confirmation codes expire after 15 minutes; sign-in sessions after 30 days.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. The Google sign-in button loads a script from Google when you open the sign-in window. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its processing. Email meta7zone@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Voice cloning and other people's data

Only upload voices, images or text you have the right to use. Voice cloning requires the speaker's explicit consent.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you when you sign in.
